Return Policy
- The company is not an authorised watch agent.
- All the deposits paid will not be refunded or used for repurchase of other goods if you could not pick up the ordered watch or complete the full payment within 30 days.
- The property rights of the watch or the goods belong to the company until all payment is received.
- No return and refund are allowed. Please check thoroughly for the goods in person.
- Our watches come with full manufacturer warranties that are honoured internationally.
- Warranty services will be provided for all second-hand watches sold by our company, within half a year from the date of sale but only covers the accuracy of the watch movement. Any accidental damages, human negligence or damage, is not included in the scope of maintenance. The exterior parts of the watch are not covered by the warranty.
- If the watch has been repaired or inspected by an unauthorised repair service organisation, no warranty service will be provided by our company and the authorised repair service agency.
- The invoice will not be reissued if the original copy is lost.
- All products sold in our company are genuine without any quality problems. Refund will be allowed if the authenticity of the goods are doubt by the professional quality supervision or inspection.
- Our company reserves the right of final decision on all the above.
